Since 1960 Cottage Grove, LP has been committed to caring for the elderly in our community. Along with long-term care we now offer short-term inpatient stays for adult residents requiring rehabilitation treatment during recuperation after surgery and before returning home.


Our highly trained, dedicated Rehabilitative team includes: Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, and Audio logical Services.  This group of highly passionate and motivated individuals adheres to the highest possible standards of elderly care.

Cottage Grove, LP is hiring a Director of Nursing. The fulltime RN will be responsible for directing a 120 bed Long Term Care Facility with approximately (70) seventy nursing employees. Responsible for the quality of care given, making sure shifts are covered; the basic operations of the nursing department are handled, and strong knowledge of State and Federal regulations. The qualified candidate must be a critical thinker, have strong people and communication skills and be familiar with MDS process.

Requirements

  • RN license in State of Mississippi
  • Supervisory and managerial skills
  • 2 years experience as DON, ADON, or Nurse Manager
